How to Submit Your Order?

Please follow these instructions step by step for the best quality and hassle free process possible.

1.  Choose the product you need and pay for it. 
        None of the order will be processed until this is done, including quoted orders (quoted order instructions are below).
2.  Fill out one of the forms below and e-mail it and the pictures, logos, text and details of your order to:

3.  Once we get your payment and all the information we need for the product, just sit back and relax.  Your work is in    
      good hands!  We will e-mail you a confirmation that we received everything and give you a turn around time for your           proof.  If we have any additional question, we will e-mail you immediately, so not to cause a delay in your order.         
      Please check your e-mail for status updates or any questions.  See below for typical turn around times.  These will be
      confirmed in the e-mail to you.
                                                                                  
                                                    Typical Turn Around Times are 24 to 48 Business Hours Except for:
        Slideshows: 7-10 business Days (depending on quantity of pictures.  100 or more pictures may take up to 2-3 weeks). 
                                                                                Mail Merge: 48-72 business Hours
                                                                                    Brochures: 6-7 business Days
                                                                                      Menus: 7-10 business Days
                                                          We will confirm the turn around times in the e-mail to you.
                                                           No jobs will be produced on Saturday, Sunday or and National Holidays
                                                        (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
                                              Please allow an additional day(s) on turn around times and e-mail responses (on new orders). 

4.  Proofs: There will be 2 chances to proof your product prior to having any additional charges.  Please be sure to double check all the spelling and numbers; let someone else double check it too, just to help make sure everything is correct.  Send us back the changes, at this time we will make all the changes and supply you with a final proof.  If everything looks great with the second proof, you will then be sent the original file (if asked for) and any other formats you specified on the Order Information Spreadsheet (above) you filled out with your order submission.  Any additional proof will be $15.00 each (see below #5)and will have to be paid for prior to receiving any additional proofs. 

5Congratulations!! You order is done... The completed file will be e-mailed to you in the formats you specified.  At this point your order will be marked as completed and delivered.  At this point you will receive a Customer Satisfaction Form.  Please, take a few moments and let us know how we did.  We are always looking at improving our service.  This is optional, but we would love to hear from you.  We would also love to post some of the comments on our website, your permission will be asked on the Customer Satisfaction Form and they will not be posted unless permission is given.  (Not all comments will be posted)


1 Additional Proof

If you think that you are going to need more than 2 proofs, you will need to add this for as many additional proofs that you might need.  If you are not sure.  Don't buy it now, wait till you see the first 2 proofs.  Then if you need a 3 then come back and purchase it and then send us a quick e-mail to let us know. 
Quoted Orders are below:  This for the customers that have contacted us with their specific order information and have received an e-mail, with the quote number and information needed for your particular project.  The quotes are only good up for up to 30 days, so please as soon as you get your e-mail, please get it paid for immediately, so not to delay the production time any more.

Disclaimers:  All orders are pre-paid for.  Finished product will be e-mailed to you unless otherwise specified.  All orders that are mailed to clients will be mailed through the USPS and will be mailed regular mail.  Unless you are want and have paid for priority mailing or overnight (See the "How to submit your job?" page).  No orders will be mailed outside the U.S.
    This is a design site only.  We do NOT actually do the printing portion once your artwork is done.  You can take it to your favorite Copy and Print Center to have your design produced.  All of the complete jobs will be e-mailed in a adobe pdf format, unless otherwise specified. 
    No jobs will be produced on Saturday, Sunday or and National Holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).  Please allow an additional day(s) on turn around times and e-mail responses. 
    Drawings will be drawn on the day specified, 1 entry per person and 1 drawing per 2-3 months (it is up to owner of site to the decide dates and winning product)  No cash value on the winnings, only applied to product worth the value and under or applied to a product of greater value and the customer/winner pays the difference (details will be e-mailed).  Winner's first name will be posted on home page of website as well as e-mail directly to him/her.   As soon as they decide on what he/she want, that will be posted as well.
